Data deletion for both studios

These instructions apply to Stormrider Records Studio at stormriderrecords.com and Stormrider Comedy Studio at tools.stuermeronline.de. Both use the Meta app “Stormrider Records Studio” (app ID 1106460691873404) for Facebook and Instagram. You do not need to sign in to either studio to request deletion.
1. Request deletion by email
Email Marco Stürmer at marco@stuermeronline.de or mail@stormriderrecords.com with the subject “Data deletion – Stormrider Records Studio”. Identify the studio, platform and account, page or channel name, or provide a public profile link. Say “both studios” if your request covers both. Specify whether you want only the platform connection removed, or also related drafts, original files and saved review results.
Prepare a deletion request by email
Do not send passwords, app secrets or access tokens. If ownership is unclear, we will request only the information necessary to verify your authority. An identity-document copy is not required for an ordinary request.
2. Revoke Facebook and Instagram access
In Facebook settings, open “Business integrations” or “Apps and websites”, find “Stormrider Records Studio” and remove its access. The setting name and location may differ between Meta accounts. If you separately authorized Instagram, also remove the app under Apps and websites in Instagram settings. The shared grant may cover Music, Comedy and several pages you authorized.

Revoking access at Meta stops further access. It does not automatically erase information already stored in our studios, so also send the request in step 1. In Comedy Studio, “Remove persistent storage” removes only the persistent connection store; it does not fully erase the current session connection or stored publication records. Signing out ends the session, but also does not replace a full deletion request.
3. What we delete
The operator handles Meta deletion requests manually. For the affected assignment, this includes stored page and Instagram account IDs, account names, access tokens, pending connection data, associated API catalog entries, upload and status records, post identifiers and derived links. The review covers the private data of both identified studios, persistent connection stores, remaining sessions and backups we manage that contain this data. Affected information is removed from backups or the backup is deleted. Restoring a backup must not reactivate deleted data.
Your own text and original media remain when only platform data is deleted. If they also contain personal data or you want them removed, include that in your request. Where statutory retention obligations or necessary legal claims prevent complete deletion, we restrict further processing and explain the reason and remaining retention.
4. YouTube, Gemini and other studio data
For YouTube, use “Disconnect all YouTube connections and delete API data” in Music Studio or “Disconnect YouTube and remove API data” in Comedy Studio. This revokes the Google grant and clears stored YouTube connection and API data. A shared Google grant may affect several artist channels. You can also revoke access in your Google account and request deletion by email. Following a deletion request or revocation submitted to us, affected YouTube API data is removed as soon as possible and within seven calendar days.
Use the same email contact for saved Gemini review results, the prompt archive, drafts or uploaded files. Disconnecting Gemini removes the stored API key, but does not automatically delete existing review results. Data already sent to an external provider is also subject to that provider’s own deletion process.
5. Handling requests and published content
We handle requests without undue delay and normally inform you of the result within one month. For complex requests, the response period may be extended by up to two additional months under Article 12(3) GDPR; we will notify you and explain the reason within the first month. Shorter periods, in particular for YouTube API data, remain unaffected.
Deleting data in our studios does not delete posts, videos, reels, stories or messages already published on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or WhatsApp. Remove those directly on the relevant platform if desired. This also applies to crossposts automatically created by Meta. You will receive a response about the handling of your request.
